Rotherham Moorgate Lawn Tennis Club is up and running and raring to go...... The Moorgate Tennis Club is situated just outside of the Town Centre of Rotherham. There are 4 all-weather tarmac tennis Courts which give Moorgate members tennis all year round in lovely surroundings. There is a brand new Clubhouse with changing rooms, showers, toilets (including disabled), kitchen and communal area. The Club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association , the Sheffield and District Leagues and the South Yorkshire Tennis League. We have Ladies, Men's, Junior and Mixed teams who play competitive doubles throughout the year. We also have a Junior Section and Coaching is available throughout the year

AGM Highlights : No changes to the major offices of state. Bob McIlvenny has joined the committee and Martin Thomas returned to the fray. Full minutes Coaching Opportunity For anyone interested in taking their first step on the coaching ladder, a Level 1 Coaching Assistant course is being held at Graves TC Sheffield 25/26 April and 6 June. Run your Yorkshire puds off in advance any Sunday from 10. An ideal way to prepare for.... Monday Night Social Tennis Which will resume on Monday 29th the first of BST though I'd not be surprised if there're a few who can't wait that long.
